Should it become necessary to remake a case during the first year after delivery, Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratory will quickly and efficiently remedy the problem at no charge. We reserve the right to charge for replacement parts and alloy if the remake is not due to defects in the materials or workmanship. In the event Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratory contacts and advises the dentist of a possible complication (i.e., inaccurate impression) and we are instructed to complete the work, the dentist shall assume all responsibilities, thereby voiding this warranty.
Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratory will include an invoice with each case delivered to you. You may pay by this invoice or by the monthly statement that will be sent to you following the last day of the month. Our terms are net 30 days. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to a late charge of 1 ½% per month of the unpaid balance. Any statements not up to date may be subject to being shipped C.O.D. TSDL accepts personal checks, VISA, Discover and MasterCard. Automatic credit card payments can be set up for the total current monthly statement balances. We process these payments on the 10th of the month following statements. If you are interested in this option, please contact us.
All invoices can be paid via the portal. Please contact the lab to set-up the portal for your office. Additionally, all end of the month statements can be emailed to your office if you would prefer, instead of coming in the mail. Contact the lab to set-up emailed statements.
