From our inception, Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratory, Inc. has set forth to provide the finest, precise, and aesthetically  natural dental restorations to our dentists and their patients through consistent reliable service, while maintaining integrity unsurpassed  in the dental community.

No Fault Warranty

Should it become necessary to remake a case during the first year after delivery, Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratory will quickly and efficiently remedy the problem at no charge. We reserve the right to charge for replacement parts and alloy if the remake is not due to defects in the materials or workmanship. In the event  Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratory contacts and advises the dentist of a possible complication (i.e. inaccurate impression) and we are instructed to complete the work, the you, the dentist assume all responsibility, thereby voiding this warranty.
