Lava^™ Crowns and Bridges

The esthetics and biocompatibility of ESPE Lava restorations represent the optimum in all ceramic restorations. Lava zirconium copings are CAD/CAM precision milled for a near-perfect fit. The milled block is then colored using one of the eight shades matched to the Vita classical shade guide. Finally, the milled Lava frame is sintered for ten hours to fully gain its high strength and fracture resistance. Lava crowns eliminate the need for a fired porcelain butt margin.
